Was a nice fall morning for a run this morning. Low 50s, which was great with a long sleeve T and shorts, just cool enough to feel good while you ran, but not so cold you couldn't breathe properly.

Agreed--I was feeling a little sleepy this morning so I thought I'd do the "short" route, which cuts half a mile off the total distance. By the time I finished, I was feeling so good I went and added half a mile back on to push it back up to the full distance. :) This is exactly the weather I'm praying for on marathon day...

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. My own running has been so inconsistent this year that my current 1.5 miles is enough now. :-/ We'll be building that back up now, I think.
