Methinks I'm going to tell the boss I don't want to go to Illinois this week (she'll actually be happy I won't be gone). The headcold I sort of felt was here this morning when I woke up is definitely here. Zinc and C being consumed in sufficient quantities to help the immune system.

I'd rather have my own bed, and I'd certainly rather not fly with a head cold. Ouch.

when doing the zinc thing, avoid vitamin C for 30 minutes or so afterwards -- the C cancels out the zinc. feel better!!
