Okay, plans for Thursday had to be changed, and so did the menu (sorry, not cooking 6 servings of everything when there's only two of us!). New menu is:

Butternut-walnut Pate
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Garlic-sauteed Broccoli
Roast Butternut Squash
salad of some sort

Hopefully no more surprises between now and then.

Your butternut consumption these days is quite troubling ... I believe you might have increased the domestic consumption statistics tenfold this year alone. :) How do you reply to such allegations??
