The one thing proved to me by this PM Yoga DVD I borrowed, above all else, is that I'm waaaaaaaaaaaay stiff in the hamstrings.

We shall be working on this.

Which DVD is it?

One thing that's cool about my yoga DVDs is that they give you instructions on each pose if you need it (an icon shows up on the screen, you click a button and you're whisked away to the yoga studio and she shows you how the pose is done, how you're supposed to be aligned and stuff).

Almost everyone who runs is stiff in the hamstrings, and it probably leads to a very high percentage of running injuries.

Lift hamstrings very lightly with high reps of very low weight at the gym. :)
