Woke up this morning from a nightmare that my parents had died and I had to go down and handle all of the funeral arrangements. On top of that, I had no contact information for my relatives so there was no way to let everyone know what had happened.
And, being a typical Moose nightmare, I can't just live through it once, my brain has to go through different permutations, like having my brother and his wife die as well (they're living in the house with my parents), having to tell my aunt, who has pneumonia at the moment, not to come down, that I already had to bury four people and didn't want to bury five, having to take my neice in to live with me, etc.
*shudder*
Not fun.
Then, have folks on my friends list dealing with abusive partners/potential partners, which, while not a "trigger" in the sense that I have some physical/psychological symptoms, does bring back unfortunate memories of The Ex (he was never physically abusive, but was emotionally abusive). I'm happy to say they are dealing well with it, and getting themselves out of the situations, but still a rough read on a rough morning.
Just makes you want to go home, crawl in bed, and come out when the weather's warmer, ya know
