Bad Habits

I'm trying to refrain from nibbling on my cuticles/nails and it's driving me nuts.

I've done this for years, it's a nervous habit now, and I find myself doing it constantly now that I'm paying attention to it.

Eck. Not Eeck, eck. ;-)

Heh... i hear ya. Ive been biting/picking my fingers/toenails since preschool, probably earlier. I dont nibble though. I bite, tear, and generally take a very agressive stance. We should form a support group.

Depends with me. If it's a big bit of skin or rouch edge of nail, it gets bitten off or gnawed at to smooth it down. Doesn't usually work, but hey, habits are habits!

I should probably find some of that nasty tasting stuff to put on my cuticles that they use to stop kids from biting them. :-/
