Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention - I got carded at the liquor store tonight.

They must be carding for VDay; I was carded yesterday when I bought a bottle of wine. I was not carded the day before, when buying a bottle of "the cheapest Tequilla you've got". Go figure! I also inquired about nice Tequilla, in case I ever decide to drink the stuff rather than cook with it. Maybe after I have been working full-time for a while.

Sometimes you get carded at places where they card everyone (my mother gives her AARP card in these situations), but this was really being carded! I'm 42 - so I guess I am officially double the carding age. I remember being thrilled at being carded at age 35 (from ages 30-35 I lived in Switzerland, so I was never carded then).
