"Area Closed on Account of Snow"

Hehehehehe.

Not, mind you, that I know how the heck they got the papers to the building, and it was only just now delivered at 9 am, but somehow they did it.

I know, I was shocked. It didn't arrive until 9 (3-4 hours later than usual), but I was surprised it got here at all. The joys of living on an "emergency route." ^_^
