Okay, I give up, day two of caffeine withdrawal feels too icky. Where's my coffee cup...

About once every few months, I do a week without caffeine. I started this one on Thursday.

I gave up this morning; made a cup of tea. Well, it was 3 days anyway. I got some of the benefits; I feel much better today.

Maybe I'll do a whole week sometime soon.
