Mar. 12th, 2003 09:34 amNice morning run today. Cool out (high 30s), which meant tights and light top layers.
Trail is starting to have more folks on it when I run - I guess the warm weather runners are coming out. Or people are just enjoying that it's sunny out now at that hour and running. In any case, more folks, so more people to annoy when I wave at them/say hi to them.
Life is good. :-)

This reminds me of an episode that happened many years ago when I was visiting a friend in Switzerland. I hadn't lived there for about a year, and was visiting an old fuck-buddy for one weekend of that trip. One day, we went out for a run. Just about every runner, walker, bicyclist we passed met our eyes, and made some comment in greeting. M was surprised - this never happens when he runs alone. When I lived in Switzerland, it always happened to me.
Am I that much cuter than M? No way! All I can guess is that the way I meet other people's eyes, they feel compelled to greet me.
Hi!
Greetings
