Mar. 31st, 2003 11:54 amThe mystery of why I couldn't connect to my bank through quicken is finally solved - they switched the service so you have two customer ID numbers, one for the web, one for quicken (why? don't know). So I had the web one, but not the quicken one. Have the quicken one now, and they're sending a new PIN so I can finally download all my bloody transactions since JANUARY into quicken and get the balance straightened out.
