My cats are water cats. Strange beasties.

I had a cat, Nermal, who loved water. He was insane in 900 other ways as well :). He would take a shower with you, he would go wading if you left a sink full of dishes, and after about age 5 he prefered running water to water in a bowl. My mother, who he lived with most of his life, always catered to his silly whims and left the bathroom faucet on a trickle for him at all times. He'd come out from getting a drink with his head all soaked and lookign smug and happy.

Once my mom stupidly left some trinkets and things on top of the toilet cat. She came home to find that the cat had lifted up not only the lid but the seat and knocked all the things from the top of the tank into the bowl. He was leaning in, swishing them all around, "like he was playing Navy," she said.

A male guest looked puzzled as he came out of our bathrrom.

"um...." he muttered, "your cat just followed me into the bathroom."

Yes she does that sometimes. Make sure to close the door quickly.

"well but then, she, um, watched me pee."

We were just a bit embarassed now, but we knew it was true.

"then she winked at me!"

Luna is the same way with the tub. She's sit there on the edge waiting for me to finish and, half the time, she's in the tub as soon as the water is off checking out the tap and stuff.

That's great. It makes me want to get one of my very own.
