One of the yoga poses I do in my post-run stretching is "child's pose" - you sit back on your heels, knees apart, bend at the waist and rest your forehead on the floor, then place your arms back toward your toes so you're deeply bended at the waist and knees. It helps stretch our your back gently, and relax you.

So, I'm in child's pose this morning and Natasha decides to come check out what I'm doing. Not an unusual thing - yoga fascinates the cats, especially when I'm down on the floor holding a pose. This morning, however, she decided to flop down against my head and purr loudly.

It's hard to concentrate on relaxing when you're too busy laughing at the cat.

lol, I have to put my dogs in the other room when I'm doing yoga, othewise they think I'm trying to play with them. Lying on the floor in cobblers pose with two hounds pawing my hands and dropping tennis balls on my face. Wheeeee! I definitely understand :)
