Dear musical artists who insist on having a white on white CD where it is nigh-impossible to make out your name and/or the name of the CD, GET OVER IT! It's no longer unique, and is instead a pain in the ass due to the numbers of you who are thinking it looks cool. It did look cool. The first time. That's no longer the case, so please go back to putting art or, at the least, a readable title on the CD itself. Thanks!

This is why I love my iPod. I no longer have to aim curses at, say, Annie Lennox for doing that to Bare because now I just bring the iPod with me to work and plug it into a little pair of $10 speakers I bought for that very purpose.

But yes, it's damn annoying. What happened to having actual information on the top of the CD?

I thought it was just me being stupid because I can't tell the Thievery Corp.'s Richest Man in Babylon from Sigur Ros' { }.
Cheers, Nemo.

The only true white album, is "The White Album". Everyone else is just copying.

But, doesn't a plain white cover signify generic? Kind of like white label beer or white label crackers? Personally, I wouldn't want my music compared to cheap bargain basement off brands.
