Morning Run

In following (well, adapting) a marathon training plan, I've moved the mileage up on my mid-week run as well as the weekend long run. So instead of my usual 3 miles I ran 4 this morning. It went quickly, which surprised me, but was very intense. I was running faster than I needed to, but I still ran the full thing without problem.
So this week should be something like 3-4-3-10 (20 miles total). Not bad.
