Took melatonin last night to fall asleep. It worked, but I think I slept strangely. I'm used to taking micrograms of the stuff, but all they had at Rite-Aid was 3 milligrams, so several times the dose I'm used to taking. I've been trying to reset my sleep patterns to earlier, so I'm not tired in the morning.
Didn't want to get up this morning, so no run. Did bills instead (whee). The toe is much better, even without having to do the heated-paperclip-through-the-nail-to-relieve-the-pressure trick (I couldn't find a paperclip last night!), so I think it's going to die down on its own and I won't necessarily lose the nail. No limping, which is a good sign.
Mildly nauseous on the bus this morning (ah, motion sickness, how I loathe thee), which was helped by the walk to work. Whee. Better now, but not fun - had to stop reading my book and concentrate on the world outside to get some grounding.
