Run

The run went better than last week, but still was disappointing (turned around early, walked several times). I think I need to get out of the apartment more and acclimate myself to the heat. Spending too much time in AC means I'm wiped when I get outside and try to exercise.

At least you got out and did SOME exercise. Don't fret, and take it as a lesson learned. Keep up the good work!
