Add to the earlier list:

You know it's Monday when:

You forget your badge; and
You forget you forgot your badge so you step into the access-controlled stairway as you always do to walk down one floor rather than take the elevator and discover that you are now trapped and need to walk all the way down from the eighth floor to the lobby to get back out of said stairwell.

D'oh!

My badge is ALWAYS (well almost always) in one of two places: (1) around my neck, or (2) in the side compartment of my blue LL Bean backpack (if I'm not using it).

And I always bring my backpack to work.

My glasses on the other hand......

See, I was really good about that with my last bag, but I've been using my bike bag and I've not hit the habit of putting it in the side pocket there. :-/ Need to restablish that habit - it saved me numerous times with my Land's End "Deviant Bag."

heh. I forgot my badge this morning as well. Fortunately (or unfortunately, depending on how you view it), I can't even get in the building without it, so the guard at the front gives me a temp...
