I'm not sure what's worse, having to turn down the invite to the sex party, or getting the, um, blow-by-blow from my friend afterward.

How do you people manage these stuff?! I've never been to such a thing. Fuck, I was surpised when I was going through the Blade and found that Eclipse section thing AND there was an advert for a jerk off circle. Not to mention the fact that it was the first time I'd gone through and actually looked at a hard copy of the Blade...

Coming out in a place like Tallahassee, FL must be the problem. And I thought I'd seen and heard a lot of it and couldn't be surprised. I was sooo wrong. In the six weeks that I've been here I've found that the queer portion of the population here is incredibly relaxed and open about sex in more ways than I'm used to. It's sometihng of a shock to the system! *G*

And the worst part? I'm going back to Tallahassee. I feel like someone born and raised in Whistle Stop, AL (book reference: Fried Green Tomatoes At The Whistle Stop Cafe, by Fannie Flagg) and suddenly been dropped in the middle of New York City... and then forced to go home after six weeks.

Okay, so the comparison isn't much different. It's the extremes I was going for. Deep South and Big City... that kind of thing.
