Just call me mister self-destructive.

This not being able to exercise AT ALL has really, really bugged the hell out of me, and I've spiraled into this wonderful little "killing myself softly" cycle. Not enough sleep because I'm not exercising, so add caffeine to stay awake which further fucks up the sleep, etc.

I am not pleased (he said, as he sipped on a wonderful cup of costa rican coffee).

Ugh.

The issue is the soreness in the joint from the trauma of the accident. I think I'll be able to swim, but not until after the the final thing on my arms heals up (later this week?). That should help since it's much less impact on the joint there.

It's all this waiting that's killing me.
