Later than expected

legalmooseJust got home and got some food in me.
After calling the police on two out of state cars parked on the sidewalk blocking one of the roads in my district.
Not exactly as I expected this meeting to go. I forget how long these things can last.
And to top it all off, I went to try and chat while eating and AIM and ICQ both appear to be down.
