Got through to both the building manager and the rental person. It'll be available on either the 2nd or 3rd (when both of us are out of town). Not a problem.

In any case, this place is HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the view!!!!!!!! Can see the National Cathedral, we look out over the park. Is very, very sweet. We don't have to share the balcony like I thought we'd have to (the floors below the top floor have split balconies).

And, most importantly (this will be more evident for anyone who has ever had to live with me), we have two bathrooms. ;-)

So, just waiting for [livejournal.com profile] lioncub to head up with the cashiers checks, take him up to look at it (and listen to me gush over it), sign the paperwork, and we're good to go.

I am so psyched. :-)

What about your elective position? Is this still in the same area?

When I lived there I had the two bedroom on the B side on the 6th floor... I tried my best to get that 12th floor apartment! Lucky!

My friend has a 1 bedroom on the B side, great view... and it's also huge... I'm sure the two bedroom is just spectacular!

Sounds really great. I know the view will be phenomenal overlooking the park. Wait till the leave change this fall. We'll want photos from your balcony.
