I love this. Nice satire. Hope you remember the movie version of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. ;-)

Don't forget to hit the "more" button at the end of the first one, you get a second song for free.

Hello, my name is Bruce Lewis, and I live in New Mexico--a long way from you and your buds there in D.C., although I, too, have some friends in the Washington area. I was trawling through LiveJournal, as I am sometimes wont to do at work--when I'm really bored or really lax--and I found your journal by going to "Washington and Lee" as an interest. I went there in the 70s, hated it (was part of the SMALL group that supported the Administration's push to admit women), and have never had ANYTHING to do with the place or my fellow classmates. (I hated it so much I transferred to Sweetbriar for my junior year, so I could spend it in Paris.) I always told my classmates and frat bros. who were closeted that it'd be better "for us," once the women were admitted, but they didn't believe me. Anyway, I was much gratified to learn that there are actually people like gay lawyers living in D.C. who are graduates of that place. Wouldn't most of the stodgy types who adore it be stupified?! I have a livejournal, by the way, because I was introduced to it by my students--especially the ones I taught in international schools in Asia, during the decade of the 90s--all of which I spent OUTSIDE of the U.S. (And I'm only just now getting adjusted to being back here: it's a "mindfuck" to live OUTSIDE of this Disneyland of a country, and then try to "readjust." I'd be very interested to learn about your period at W&L. Did you know Professor Futch? Not exactly a "healthy homosexual," but he sure made certain parts of MY existence there bearable.
