Well, the evil HMO couldn't get me in today, but they can get me in tomorrow afternoon. Better than not at all, so I'll take it.

Am still ticked at them, however, and they're still getting dumped this insurance open season.

In other news I'm attempting to make a pest of myself to city and federal law enforcement agencies today. I want to know what resources they're devoting to our gang and drug problems and I want them to show up to our next police meeting. Which I have to reschedule to two weeks from today because of the silly holiday next week. :-p

Am in a ticked off mood after the disaster of a meeting last night and I'm taking it out on others. Yes, I am a petty politician when I'm getting yelled at in a public meeting.

In my economics class, they profess daily: "HMOs are the reason Canadians don't have two tiered healthcare. HMOs are why American health care sucks. HMOs are all that's wrong in the world".

My educational system has indoctrinated me against HMOS.
