4. There's no danger, but you'll likely want to "warm up" the bottom because while the penis itself is pretty flexible, even when hard, the piercing is not. I would never recommend condomless sex, but especially not with a PA as a) I'm too fussy to want to clean the jewelry afterward; and b) even though the ring is smooth, there are still places where things could catch on the inside of the bottom and inadvertantly tear something.
