I think Outlook is somehow staying open on my home computer after I shut the fucker down, which is why I'm not getting web mail for my main accounts - outlook is sucking it all down instead of letting me read it live. Stoopid MS piece of shit.

Quick and easy solution: Use Thunderbird (http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/) and Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/) instead of Outlook and IE.

Also, try and see if you have IMAP access to your E-Mail servers rather than POP3. IMAP is great in that it can synch messages across mail interfaces.
