Managed to be just slightly off in my timing, commute-wise, all morning. Got into the CH Metro station just in time to watch a train take off. 8 minute wait for the next one. Got out of the gym, threaded through the Gallery Place stop, got downstairs just in time to watch a train take off. 6 minute wait for the next one. Ugh.

Biked for 1/2 an hour, then ran for 1/2 an hour at the gym this morning. Did pretty well. Did have to stop twice in the run to adjust the new shoes, and the legs felt odd when I started the run, but they quickly adapted and off I went. Kept the pace easy on both (most annoying stationary bike I've ever ridden, though). Was supposed to do this workout yesterday, but put it off a day. Will see what swimming on Fridays is like tomorrow (if it's too crowded, directly to the weights it is!).

Da boss is out today, so I'm using today to play catch up. Surprisingly few emergencies landed on my desk, and very few voicemails, too. Thank heavens.

good stuff on the gym work. Luckily the shoes I bought for myself took right to my feet so no adjustment necessary. First time my trainer put me on a bike it was strange. But I got used to it. Since I treadmilled w/ him Monday, it will more than likely be the bike today.

Ok let us start with what time do you get up in the morning?

What time do you have to be at work?

And where do you find all the time to do this in the morning?

With that answered what time do you go to bed? Do you sleep?

:)
