Just got back from a long run of about an hour and a half.

*reanimate, pick up bottle of water, drain it down*

Good boy. Make sure to get potassium as well. With these longer runs now, you have to start thinking Gatorade. :)

If you're looking for an endurance aid, choose nutritious fruit juices over sugary sports drinks.

In a small study, people who drank a glucose, or sugar, drink before exercising experienced no greater enhancement of their endurance than people who drank fruit juice before exercising. And most fruit juices beat popular sports drinks hands down when it comes to nutrition.
