Good rides

Been having some good bike rides of late, which has been nice. Trying to break myself of the pattern of the last couple of weeks where I've not been exercising nearly enough. Even rode down to Lawrence's house for dinner tonight (it was to be a casual affair, so jeans shorts and a T were appropriate). Much nicer than not doing anything, exercise-wise.
