So, got little to no sleep Monday (was in a mood early on, and then I got some, so there). 

Up and about yesterday.  Got to bed at a normal time so I could get up and run this morning.

So what do I do today? So I take it easy, let myself recover?

No, without intending to, I go out and end up running the course faster than my usual time.  And almost get a negative split on the turnaround (missed it by 7 seconds...).  We're talking almost 2 minutes faster than my normal 5k time this year.

Bodies are so strange.
