legalmooseThe problem with sudafed is that while it does an adequate job at drying out the sinuses, it is also a stimulant which leads me, at least, into bouts of sleeplessness. Said sleeplessness then exacerbates the cold by robbing the body of rest which it needs to fight off the nasty little bug invading the system.
Stoopid bugs. You'd think they'd find other means of living off of us, one that would be more beneficial to both host and parasite, instead of infecting like mad and getting killed off in a matter of a week of two.
In any case, I'm headed back to bed, hopefully to actually sleep this time.
