Okay, so I didn't go to the gym at all earlier this week. And I only ran once. But I'm up now, and headed in to the gym, despite the little devil on my shoulder whispering, "Go ahead and skip, you've not gone all week, you can just blow this week off..." Not a chance - my physical well being is worth more than that.
