That underwater screaming sound you heard? That was me.

Swim practice didn't quite kick my ass - it kicked my calves instead. One threatened to seize up, then the other one did seize up. ;-p So I cut it short. Not a worry, I knew I wouldn't do the full hour and a half (!!!), but didn't think I'd cut it off that short. Ah well.

Did get some time to talk to one of the coaches about the meet we're sponsoring in the fall (Octoberish, we thought), what events, etc.

Anyway.
