My right foot is acting up again after this morning's run. It did fine with Saturday's but for some reason it got all irritated again today, gradually getting worse as the day went on. I'll call the podiatrist tomorrow morning and throw the aircast on to prevent it from getting more irritated.

Ugh. I want an injury-proof body.

Vegan, yes, but Atkins- and South Beach-unfriendly: Advil tablets are coated with sugar (mainly sucrose, IIRC).

is it a pain that feels like it's in the bone on the top of your foot? I had that really bad and it kept me from running for a whole week so I had to start all over the next week.

I toned it down a bit and now I don't have the problems. That and I ice and I bought a massaging foot bath. lol
