Body & Clothing Stuff
Mar. 5th, 2005 11:44 amMy favorite jeans no longer fit. They appear to be about an inch too big in the waist and are falling off of me if I don't wear a belt. :-/
And I'm a little scared, from surfing the Lucky web site, that they don't carry this fit any more (#54, Vintage Fit, Short Length, button fly), which is annoying because Lucky was the ONE type of jeans I could find, easily, that didn't have a leather patch on the back. It is damned near impossible to find some without leather, at almost any price, so this is a tad distressing.
On the other hand, the shirts I bought off of
garyjr several months back now fit quite nicely. They're from Ajaxx63, athletic fit. I got the Drill Instructor, Hard Top, Tight End, and Tag Team Wrestling shirts, mainly because they were a really good deal and I was fairly sure they'd fit. They were pretty tight when I first got them, not so much now. Now they just look good, like they're supposed to.
(and, from looking at their site, I love the new Fist Quality Lubricants one *grin*)
This, along with my 15.5 necks now fitting comfortably again, just goes to show the diet is working, the exercise (when I can) is working (note to self: do not eat as if you are still running/biking/swimming this week while you're in the aircast, kthanxbye), and I'm getting back down to where I should be.

Date: 2005-03-05 05:31 pm (UTC)I was very excited that I recently found my 31" jeans being too loose and I'm at the 30". It's such a great feeling.
(They're gonna kill us, aren't they?)

Date: 2005-03-05 07:41 pm (UTC)I'm scaring myself by starting to buy size "small" shirts (generally only if they're meant for undershirt-land, but still) and wondering how long it will be before I'll have to do a fourth round of complete pants replacement - from 36 to 34 to 32 to 30. The first pair of those jeans will be one terrifying purchase.
