The Bed Saga Continues

So, get home, no package notice. Call West Elm to see what's up. Evidently they massively oversold this thing and aren't able to keep up with the orders. So, what they're doing is having me keep the slats, they're crediting my card back for the order, and "Tim" is supposed to call me tomorrow to give me an ETA on the other part of the bed.

And they couldn't say this in an email why? I had to call them to figure out what was up why? I was told that the other box had shipped Tuesday when I called last night why?

Ah, the joys of poor planning on a company's part.
