Was folding a piece of paper this morning and managed to slice my thumb.

And we're not talking "little nick" here, we're talking a good gouge with lots of attendant blood. Whee!

Thank heavens for the health unit and free bandaids.

i sliced my left index finger last night on the takeout box from the restaurant. my takeout came in this huge cardboard cake-sized boxed, and i sliced the hell out of it. and then i thought, i bet there are people out there who fetishize this type of pain and perhaps build scenes around it.
