Mar. 17th, 2005 11:42 pmDid fine all day, post-run. Then just as I was walking in the door this evening, after a lovely dinner with a handsome gent, my foot began to hurt, right on the tendons again.
I'm not going to run the 10 miler, that'll just be too much, too soon.
Fuck, fuck, fuck.
I think I also might have to drop the new triathlete program as well. Will see on that one. In the meantime, no biking, no running. Will swim, and do weights, but for now I think foot-related stuff is on hold for the next couple weeks, period.
