Somehow I managed to sit at a table in our cafeteria not-quite-directly-between the head of the agency and his security detail.

I felt like a hiker who had wandered between a mother bear and her cubs.

Several of the top folks were down in the cafeteria having lunch, which was nice to see; we never would have seen the previous head down in the cafeteria.
