Up, swam (had to fight the, "But I don't wanna get out of bed" feeling this morning). 10x50, 10-15 second rest between, plus warm up and cool down, about 20 minutes all told.
I seriously need to get some clif bars or something for post-workout food, though. The banana I had and the plum I'm having now just aren't enough. Tried to get a bagel, but the cafeteria had already shut down b'fast by the time I got there. Grrr.
