Went out to dinner with lioncub to one of the local eateries. Walked down, nearly got blown away multiple times. The food was good, the waitress was perky, and the martinis were excellent. The walk back was worse, wind-wise (I think we were against it coming home), but we got in, got out of the wet clothes, put out the umbrellas to dry. A pleasant way to end the evening, all told.
