I tried to fall on my face again at the very end of my morning run yesterday (damned roots and rocks - mental note, use the treadmill for a couple of weeks until you're back in business for a bit), literally in the last 30 seconds or so of the run. Grr. Am in an ankle wrap under my socks today, and did use the aircast briefly last night for my meeting because after taking the shoes off at home it hurt too much to walk in them. Whee.
(this is why I said I rarely go a week without some health issue!)
Is much better today, and should be fine to run this time next week (not before). But still, grrr.
