Swimming with Leftovers
Apr. 26th, 2005 09:58 amGood swim workout this morning, challenging but not exhausting. 5x100s were the main part, with warm up and cool down on either side. Went well, though I took a few more seconds rest than was given us by the coach (20 vs 15). In any case, was a good workout.
Snarfed leftover chinese food (mmm, tofu...) this morning, post-swim. I really need to find something more akin to this and less like the bagel and peanut butter that constitutes my normal post-swim b'fast. Was very yummy, and very filling. Fiber is your friend (had brown rice with the tofu).
Slept a little better last night, after hopping off of chat with
ironmanjt and
tenor_bitcher. In honor of said sleep, I'm going to fill out paperwork this morning. No, there's no connection, but I do need to complete the paperwork anyway. :)
