Metal-less

I have my MRI for the neurologist in a little over an hour and as part of that I'm having to remove any metal from my body. It's not all that much, but given how difficult it can be to remove the PA sans tools, I had lioncub help me take it out last night. And every time I go to the loo, it just doesn't look right. I've had the thing in, pretty much 24/7/365 for five and a half years now, and seeing it out is a strange, strange thing.

Im sure you're probably used to the weight of the thing when you're taking it out whilst in the loo. Just sayin is all.

Opposite end of the body, but I have the same issue whenever I take out my earrings. I usually have 14-gauge horseshoes or CBRs in them, and they're heavy enough for me to notice their absence.

I know exactly what you mean. I've only had mine for a little under two years now, but if I take it out for some reason it really feels strange not having it there. Plus, it makes the whole going to the loo experience just a little bit trickier, doesn't it?
