I ordered my allergy meds through them, had sent them a check for $80 based on what they'd told me things would cost ($35 each for the clarinex and flonase, $10 for the guaifenex [sudafed]). I get an email saying an order has shipped and they list a $35 charge for the entex (the brand name drug, for which guaifenex is a generic). So I call and they don't carry the generic of entex, only the name brand. And that took several back and forth things to get her to admit that they didn't carry the generic.
Well, fuck. So I had to give them a credit card number to take care of the damned clarinex. And they'd better only charge the $25 balance, too - their web site had yet another shipment of entex and flonase listed as "pending." If they attempt to charge me $95 or more, that'll get reversed so fast it'll make their pointy little heads spin. Grrr.
If they'd just fessed up at the beginning ("we don't carry the generic") instead of giving me a price for it, this wouldn't piss me off so much. Morons.
