A trifle humid out

Ran this morning, 2 miles again, focused on keeping the heart rate down this time, so not quite as fast as the norm, but a good run nonetheless. Nice and hot and sticky out there, too. Didn't feel it so much on the run, but definitely felt it on the commute (and the building here at the BGA could really crank up the AC a trifle, ya know?).

Lots of fireworks debris on the sidewalk on the commute to work. Fun. Messy little buggers, aren't they?

Well, usually it's a great feeling when you're hot, sweaty, and sticky during and after running (unless it's like dreadful 100 degrees with 100% humidity). :)
