All hail Humidity, goddess of soaked shirts!
Ick.
I was reminded this morning (forceably?) of why it is that we Southerners usually mosey and don't hurry. It's too darned humid out there to do anything else. It didn't help that I ran this morning (yay!), so was still mildly warmer than usual (boo) when I started my bus-less walk to the Metro station this morning. Thank heavens for A/C in the station (and knowing where to stand to be right under the vents), and in the cars (ditto that last comment).
Looks to be an absolutely insane week here at work. Pray I don't go insane.
