Yahoo is officially on my shit list now. I faxed crap to them on MONDAY to show who I was and get my account restored to me, and I've heard nada save for one email from "Ruby" telling me they have a 24-72 hour turn around on faxes. Well, you know, it's been over 72 hours now. How hard is it to open an account, look at the comparative information, and change the password?
Anyway, once this is restored, I think I'll be moving a lot of stuff off of their services, starting with my email list. Why give them advertising revenues when they can't be responsive?
