Federal agencies in the Washington, DC, area are OPEN under an UNSCHEDULED LEAVE policy.

Metro riders will find problems on the Orange and Blue Lines because of flooding at the Federal Triangle station. There is no rail service between Metro Center and the Smithsonian. A bus bridge is being established for riders between McPherson Square and Metro Center and Federal Triangle and the Smithsonian.
Also, on the Green and Yellow lines, there is no service between L'Enfant Plaza and Gallery Place.
