Sleep

That was the first decent night's sleep I've had in ages! In bed at 10, up at 6ish (when the cats decided that since the alarm was going off running across the bed was now allowed). Great run, good pace. Wonderful morning so far.

I got a good night's sleep too since I went to bed round midnight (broken only my noisy kittens til I locked them out by 12:30) and didn't wake up til around 8:30 since the stupid alarm didn't go off. (It was queued so I don't know why it didn't go off.) I'll be late, but well rested today.
